Terms of use

Last updated 23 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Isomerge (isomerge.app, "we", "us"). They cover the free tools on this site, the files they make, and our e-mail updates; paid features, when they come, will have their own terms. By using the tools you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

1. What the tools are

The tools work out suggested dimensions, cut templates and 3D-print files ("the files") from the settings you choose. The files are computer-generated suggestions. They are not engineering drawings, certified parts or professional advice, and nobody has checked them against your engine, turbo, parts or vehicle.

2. You are responsible for your build

Exhaust parts run very hot and carry exhaust gas under pressure. Before and while building anything from the files, you agree that:

Sizes of pipes, fittings, flanges and turbos in the tools come from published standards and drawings and may differ from your actual parts.

3. Free, and provided "as is"

The tools and files are free and are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that they are accurate, fit a particular purpose, or that a part made from them will fit, perform or last.

4. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any damage to engines, vehicles or property, any injury, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from using the tools or the files. If we are found liable anyway, our total liability is limited to CA$50. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or anything else the law where you live does not allow us to limit, and nothing in these terms takes away rights that law says cannot be taken away.

5. Using the files

We license the free files to you to make parts for yourself or for your customers. You may not sell or republish the files or the tools. The tools, the site and their content remain ours; open-source parts of the site (such as three.js and manifold-3d) keep their own licences.

6. Fair use of the site

Don't try to overload, scrape or break the site, misuse the sign-up form, or use the site for anything unlawful.

7. E-mail updates

We only e-mail you if you sign up, and only about what you signed up for. Every e-mail says who sent it, includes a postal address and has a working unsubscribe link; we act on an unsubscribe within 10 business days. What we keep and why is in the privacy note.

8. Changes

The site is new and changes often. Tools, results and these terms may change; the date at the top shows the current version. We don't promise the site will always be available.

9. Other services

The site uses services we don't control, such as Cloudflare for hosting and the bot check. Their own terms apply to them.

10. The rest

These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the free tools. If part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies.

11. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and disputes go to the courts of Saskatchewan, unless the consumer law where you live gives you the right to go to your own courts. Questions: [email protected].
