Full size, one page per distinct cut. Print at 100 % ("actual size") and check the 100 mm bar.
Templates are cut to the line, with no weld gap allowed for.
- Cut each runner square to the cut stock length (the longest point of its cut, rounded up).
- Cut the template out, wrap it round the pipe, bottom edge on the square end, OUTSIDE line facing away from the collector centre.
- Glue the tab, trace the top edge, cut on the waste side, file to the line.
